Ex vivo graft evaluation and reconditionning in human lung transplantation

Aims: At the end of the session, the audience will understand:
- the
ex vivo help to increase (two-fold) the pool of grafts (actually only 20% oh lungs are transplanted
- it will selected objectively bad from good graft, to treat the graft and increase their quality, decrease the primary graft dysfunction
- to give time before transplantation to carried cross-match and choice objectively the future recipient, to prepare recipients, to carried transplantation on the day
- finally, to create an
ex vivo lung bank or lab
