Becoming a successful young researcher in an era of opportunities

Session
Chairs: Agnes Boots (Maastricht, Netherlands), Jørgen Vestbo (Manchester, United Kingdom)
Aims: To present the relevant work of the ERS Early Career Member Committee and explain how the Early Career Member Committee can support junior investigators and clinicians in developing their research profile, projects, and collaborations; help the audience understand how to prioritise relevant research questions; and discuss how to focus your early research career and show what the Early Career Member Committee of ERS, EAACI, and CTS can mean for the early career researcher and clinician. This session is followed by the ERS Career Development Session.
Target audience: Aimed at early-career researchers of all assemblies, although the input from more fellows and other experienced researchers in an active discussion is of course also more than welcome.
