ME6 Control of breathing - hypoventilation during sleep, exercise and dyspnoea FULLY BOOKED

Meet the expert
Chairs: E. Schwarz (Zürich, Switzerland)
Aims: Access educational materials here
to shed light on the poorly understood relationship between sleep-related life-threatening hypoventilation and its potential clinical consequences (e.g., dyspnoea); and to discuss pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches that can modify this relationship both from a physiological point of view (the ventilatory response to hypercapnia and hypoxia) and a clinical point of view (improvement of dyspnoea and quality of life).
