Paediatric Grand Round: an interactive session

Aims: At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• discuss the approach to children with apparently unusual forms of community acquired sepsis;
• discuss the physiological problems caused by upper airway obstruction and their management;
• discuss the differential diagnosis and management of a child with miliary shadowing on the chest radiograph.
